KANYE WEST LOSES NFL STAR AARON DONALD & BOSTON CELTICS JAYLEN BROWN AS DONDA SPORTS CLIENTS

Kanye West has lost a pair of superstar clients signed to his Donda Sports agency over his controversial anti-Semitic commentary.

On Tuesday (October 25), Los Angeles Rams All-Pro Aaron Donald and Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown both revealed they would be leaving the Kanye-headed agency.

“Our family has made the decision to part ways with Donda Sports. The recent comments and displays of hate and antisemitism are the exact opposite of how we choose to live our lives and raise our children,” Aaron and his wife Erica Donald relayed in a statement.

They added: “We find them to be irresponsible and go against everything we believe in as a family,”

Erica Donald also served in an executive role at Donda Sports in addition to handling her All-Pro husband’s marketing responsibilities.

Jaylen Brown signed with Donda Sports in May. After condemning Kanye’s comments earlier this week and saying he would stay with the producer and rapper’s agency, he has now backtracked and decided to leave.

“In the past 24 hours, I’ve been able to reflect and better understand how my previous statements lacked clarity in expressing my stance against recent insensitive public remarks and actions. For that, I apologize,” Brown said in a statement.

“In light of that, after sharing in conversations, I now recognize that there are times when my voice and my position can’t coexist in spaces that don’t correspond with my stance or my values. And for that reason, I am terminating my association with Donda Sports.”

Brown and Donald aren’t the only ones to jump ship from the Yeezy empire. Earlier on Tuesday, adidas announced it had parted ways with Kanye as well as Balenciaga, Vogue, CAA, Gap, Def Jam and more companies severing ties with the 45-year-old creative.

“adidas does not tolerate anti-Semitism and any other sort of hate speech,” a statement from the company read. “Ye’s recent comments and actions have been unacceptable, hateful and dangerous, and they violate the company’s values of diversity and inclusion, mutual respect and fairness.

“After a thorough review, the company has taken the decision to terminate the partnership with Ye immediately, end production of Yeezy branded products and stop all payments to Ye and his companies. adidas will stop the adidas Yeezy business with immediate effect.”

Film studio MRC has also put a finished documentary about Kanye West on the back burner in the wake of his recent controversial remarks. MRC studio executives Modi Wiczyk, Asif Satchu, and Scott Tenley revealed they scrapped plans for the doc on Monday (October 24).

“This morning, after discussion with our filmmakers and distribution partners, we made the decision not to proceed with any distribution for our recently completed documentary about Kanye West. We cannot support any content that amplifies his platform,” they wrote.

“Kanye is a producer and sampler of music. Last week he sampled and remixed a classic tune that has charted for over 3000 years — the lie that Jews are evil and conspire to control the world for their own gain.”
