I quit radio to fully focus on my first love – Trigmatic
Ghanaian popular rapper and songwriter Enoch Nana Yaw Oduro-Agyei, otherwise known on stage as Trigmatic says he quit radio in order to fully focus on music
“It was just so I could go back to my first love which is music,” he said of his decision on the Starr Drive with KOD and Cookie on Tuesday.
When KOD suggested he did not need to quit radio and that he could have juggled the two, the ‘Show Me Your Love’ hitmaker retorted that would have ideal but he just could not.
“Let me be very honest with you, radio is very draining and that at a point in your life you would have to take a firm decision and it doesn’t necessarily have to be pleasant. It must hurt, for you to take a bold decision, you need to feel the pain and it wasn’t too easy for to make that decision because I realised that it was getting into the way of my shows,” he said.
