Nigerian actress Mercy Aigbe has not ruled out going back to her estranged husband Lanry Gentry.
The 41-year-old Yoruba movie star separated from her husband two years ago after it was widely reported that he has beaten her to pulp.
Mercy has since moved on and has been romantically linked to several high profile personalities, including Akiwunmi Ambode, governor of Lagos State.
However, the actress in a recent interview with Seyi Kehinde’s City People Magazine, said a reunion between her and her husband is possible.
“I am not fully divorced, and I don’t know what is going to happen tomorrow. Never say never. I have put everything in God’s hands.
“If God says I will go back to my husband, it is fine. If God says am okay like this, then it’s fine too. Let God take absolute control of everything but there’s no plan of ever settling with someone else,” she said.
Mercy and Lanre got married in 2013. They are blessed with a son.
