According to reports, human remains discovered in Texas in December 2021 were identified to be from a woman named Taylor Pomaski, the missing girlfriend of former NFL player Kevin Ware.
The woman was previously seen having a house party at her house in Texas on April 25, 2021. The remains of Pomaski were reportedly discovered on December 10, 2021, and the remains were confirmed to be from the woman by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. Senior Deputy Thomas Gilliland stated via email, “The investigation is still open and active, and homicide investigators are diligent in bringing this case to a close.”
Pomaski was living with Kevin Ware when it was reported that she was missing. The former tight end for the San Francisco 49ers was questioned by police and cooperated with them. However, he was arrested for an unrelated bond violation after allegedly failing to report for bond supervision on a gun and drug charge. No charges have been filed against Ware, and he has been in Montgomery County Jail for the past ten months. Stay tuned for more updates.
