Gwyneth Paltrow Posts Cute New Pic with Her 2 Kids, Says Trait She Worries Most About with Them Is ‘Anxiety’

Gwyneth Paltrow is sharing some insight into her beloved children.
On Friday, July 19, the Goop founder, 51, took part in a Q&A with followers on her Instagram Stories and posted both a sweet snap of herself with her two kids, Apple Martin, 20 and Moses Martin, 18, — whom she shares with ex-husband Chris Martin — and some thoughts on the traits about them she loves and worries about.
In response to a follower asking Paltrow for her “last photo with Moses,” the actress posted a sweet summery photo of herself standing between her two children on a countryside path surrounded by greenery.
In the snap, Apple wore a red and white gingham dress and posed with her hand on her hip, while Moses sported a deep red polo shirt and tan pants. Their mom had opted for a light blue shirt and white pants for the shot.
Elsewhere in the Q&A a fan asked Paltrow “Trait you love most and one you worry most about with your kids.” The actress posted a video speaking to camera in response where she began with the trait she loves that she said that her two children share.
“I think my kids both really know themselves very well and that’s a trait about them that I both love and admire,” she said.
Paltrow continued by revealing which trait she is concerned about with Apple and Moses.
“And I guess one I worry about for both of them is anxiety. This is, as we know, the anxious generation. So that’s probably what I worry about,” she explained.
Coldplay rocker Martin, 47, and Paltrow were married for 13 years after tying the knot in 2003 and welcomed both Apple and Moses during that time. In 2014, the pair announced their “conscious uncoupling” and have amicably co-parented their children since. The former couple divorced in 2016.
Back in May, Paltrow, Martin and Apple attended Moses’ high school graduation, with the mom of two spotted hugging her son on his special day.
Elsewhere in the Q&A, she answered a follower who had asked for her most recent photo with her husband Brad Falchuck, 53, posting a sweet black and white photo of the two sitting on the steps of a fountain. The couple has been married since September 2018.
In another video, she shared a lighthearted answer to a follower asking for the “biggest difference between you and Brad.”
“I love cilantro and he hates cilantro,” the actress revealed.
