The model told ‘Entertainment Tonight’ that Swift will be supporting from afar
Taylor Swift might not be attending the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, according to her friend Gigi Hadid, but the superstar will still be supporting the model from afar.
While getting ready backstage on Tuesday, Oct. 15, Gigi, 29, told Entertainment Tonight that Swift, 34, probably skipped the New York City event in order to spend quality time with boyfriend Travis Kelce.
“I think if they have one more night before he goes back they’ll probably be cozy on the couch,” the model said in a video shared to ET’s Instagram. “That’s just my guess. But she will also be supporting, I can feel it.”
Hadid also shared that a surprise element of her runway performance was taught to her by Swift.
“There’s an aspect to it that I was trained to do by Taylor on her tour,” she shared. “In one of her rehearsals she was like, ‘I’m gonna show you how we do this.’ Did that, and now I’m using it tonight.”

Swift and Kelce, 35, have been enjoying a short trip in N.Y.C. before their work commitments start up again. The NFL star’s bye week is coming to a close as Swift kicks off the final leg of her Eras Tour in Miami.
The weekend kicked off with a double date with Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds on Friday, Oct. 11. On Monday, Oct. 14, Swift and Kelce attended the New York Yankees vs. Cleveland Guardians American League Championship game at Yankee Stadium. The couple matched in black outfits for the date night, both sporting baseball caps and black jackets.
Hadid, who has been friends with Swift for over a decade, made her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show debut in 2015 and appeared in the 2016 show in Paris. She missed the 2017 show but returned in 2018 alongside her sister, Bella.
