Ghanaian reggae-dancehall musician, Shatta Wale has been ranting on social media after the confusion he caused at the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

The ‘My Level’ hitmaker sent subtle jabs to his ‘rival’ Stonebwoy for pulling out a gun on stage when he (Shatta Wale) claimed he mounted the stage to congratulate him.

With his latest post on Twitter, Shatta Wale stated that the music industry and its players really hate him and wished he never played any hit song.

He tweeted; “Ghana loves me but the music industry and its players hate me so much that they wish I never played any hit song again..”

Numerous Ghanaian celebrities like Guru, Kwame Sefa Kayi, Okyeame Kwame, Efya, Lydia Forson, Kaakie among several others have expressed their opinions on this issue and also condemned the act.

Ace broadcaster, Kwame Sefa Kayi also called on authorities to revoke the license of Stonebwoy’s gun because he lacks emotional stability to be a gun owner.
