Fredo Bang is now a father of two and has taken to social media to make the announcement, showing off his newborn and toddler in a series of Christmas photos.
The “Top” rapper shared the images in an Instagram carousel on Monday (January 9).
With no further context, Fredo kept his caption simple. “I’m a Daddy,” he wrote with a smiley face and a heart emoji.

Upon posting the photos, fans noticed that the rapper’s two children were the same babies being posted by popular lesbian couple, Sevyn and Annie. Each of the women carried one of the two babies and were very transparent about their pregnancy journey online – including the fact they’d used intrauterine insemination (IUI).
When a fan called Annie out in the comments for lying, she clarified what really happened. (For context, Parker is the older child and Payton is the newborn.)
“So lemme get this straight.. you think Fredo & Sevyn made Parker? [crying laughing emoji] we did do IUI,” Annie wrote. “We never lied. We just never said how Payton came about. Kept that to myself until I was ready. Now I’m wrong for doing what was best for me lmao gah damn.”
While it appears that Fredo’s sperm was used for the IUI with Sevyn and Parker, it was not fully confirmed.
Meanwhile, Sevyn did confirm that she and her wife have a male in their lives, commenting to another fan: “We already got a man [black moon emoji].”
On the music side of things, Fredo seemingly buried the hatchet with fellow Baton Rouge rapper NBA YoungBoy recently. The pair came together over the Christmas holiday and hosted a toy drive alongside TG Kommas.
The pair’s feud dates back to at least 2020, when YoungBoy threatened Fredo on Instagram after he joked about “Me & My Son Dropping Together,” in reference to them both releasing new music on the same day.
YoungBoy didn’t take kindly to Fredo calling him his “son” and fired back on Instagram by writing: “Ima catch you & bang yo scary ass.” He also called Fredo a “pure bitch” and bragged about being able to sleep with his mother while declaring: “I ain’t even in competition with you.”
Fredo was involved in a scuffle with an NBA YoungBoy fan after a show in North Carolina a few months later.
During an appearance on Akademiks’ Off the Record podcast in 2022, Fredo Bang downplayed the seriousness of the beef, but confirmed they didn’t “fuck with each other.”
“I personally don’t got a problem with him,” he said. “It’s more of… people don’t fuck with people, and they’re in the main people ear type of shit. And muthafuckas don’t know how to be grown, to be a man and talk for themself. I don’t have a problem with him, we just don’t fuck with each other.”
