After the unfortunate brawl that happened between Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale at the just-ended VGMA’s, many have called for peace to reign so that Ghana music and the dancehall genre, in general, can move on.
Their behaviour that led Charterhouse; organisers of the annual VGMA’s to ban both artists indefinitely and strip them off the VGMA plagues they won on the night has been largely condemned.
After the ban and stripping them off their awards, many music lovers and concerned citizens are calling for peace between the two camps and the latest to join is Davido’s Ghanaian signee, Deekay.

According to the Nigerian-based artiste in a post on his social media handle, Ghana’s dancehall music will be incomplete without Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.
“Ghana’s dancehall music will be incomplete without @shattawalegh & @stonebwoyb – Let there be peace” – Deekay wrote.
Some few weeks ago, Deekay listed Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy as some few people he would love to work with his call for peace can go along way to help Ghana Music and Africa in general.
