Damian Lillard made the best use of some downtime while stranded on a plane with his Portland Trail Blazers teammates by shooting a new music video.
Dame used the private jet and snowy background as the backdrop to his visual featuring his hard-hitting freestyle over GloRilla and Cardi B’s “Tomorrow 2,” which arrived on Thursday (February 23).
“When you stuck on the plane for 7 hours and the flight get canceled … guess we try again TOMORROW,” he captioned the clip.
The 31-year-old superstar showed love to a handful of his teammates as he nonchalantly mixed in their names with his potent bars.
“Bookies know I keep a clip, won’t change what I’ma get tomorrow/Bag stuck on the plane, I might have to buy a fit tomorrow/In this cuffin’ weather, grab your bitch she might get hit tomorrow/Drew gon’ set the pick I’m pulling up from 40/I’m gon’ tap my wrist it’s Dame Time,” he raps.

Dame received plenty of love for the freestyle in his comment section with NBA players such as Cleveland Cavaliers star Donovan Mitchell lending his stamp of approval.
Lillard and the Blazers were stuck on the runway due to a Portland snowstorm which derailed the team’s travel plans on Wednesday (February 22).
However, according to Chris Haynes, the Trail Blazers boarded their plane once again on Thursday afternoon (February 23) and were en route to Sacramento with a match-up against the Kings on the horizon for tonight.
Portland Trail Blazers are finally on the runway to take off for tonight’s game against the Sacramento Kings after nearly 24-hours of weather uncertainty, but star guard Damian Lillard is unlikely to play, league sources tell @NBAonTNT, @BleacherReport.

Although, Damian Lillard isn’t reportedly expected to play with an undisclosed injury. Lillard participated in all of the All-Star Weekend festivities and even took home his first 3-point contest victory.
He also played an integral role in Team Giannis’ win over Team LeBron at Sunday’s (February 19) All-Star Game in Salt Lake City as he poured in 26 points with four assists and three steals. It’s possible Lillard picked up an injury during the game.
As for GloRilla, “Tomorrow 2” is still holding strong at No. 45 on this week’s Billboard Hot 100. Cardi B even made a surprise appearance at Big Glo’s NYC concert on Wednesday night to perform the hit record live, which sent fans into a frenzy.
