With the influx of amateur sound engineers in every corner, ghetto and bedrooms, uncountable number of songs are released daily by Ghanaian artistes.
These artistes, however, don’t take delight in putting together lyrical content that can stand the test of time. Consequently, their songs only last for 3 months and fade away, Ex- Doe has observed.
Speaking to Brown Tv, Ex- Doe noted that contemporary artistes are not doing anything exceptional; reason old songs are still enjoyed by music enthusiasts.
“Songs by current artistes fade out after just three months. But songs by the old crop of artistes are still enjoyed by Ghanaians when played. I am still eating and chopping from my 20 years ago music”, Ex-Doe said.
