“He was a huge ball hog, pass the ball.”
LeBron James received an outpouring of congratulations and pats on the back last night as he surpassed Michael Jordan for fourth on the NBA’s all-time scoring list, including a message from the man himself.

James entered Wednesday night’s game against the Denver Nuggets just 12 point shy of tying MJ’s point total of 32,292, and he eclipsed the mark midway through the second quarter.

In celebration of LeBron’s milestone achievement, his former Cleveland Cavaliers teammates Richard Jefferson and Channing Frye filmed a congratulatory video from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn following their loss to the Nets.

As seen in the footage embedded below, the duo joked about LeBron being a huge ball hog and how long it took him to finally catch up to MJ.

LeBron finished with a game-high 31 points last night, to go along with seven rebounds and seven assists, but the Nuggets prevailed by the final of 115-99.

For his career, James has now tallied 32,311 points and counting. Next up on the all-time scorer’s list is none other than Lakers lifer Kobe Bryant, who finished his career with 33,643 points.
