Cam’ron has let it be known that he’s not happy with Brooklyn Nets forward Ben Simmons and his on-court play.
Taking to Instagram on Friday (October 28), the Harlem rapper blasted Simmons for his lackluster play to begin the NBA season, telling the three-time all-star to “go fuck with the Kardashians.”
“Look I’m gonna be real brief and short, pause. Ben Simmons, stop wasting my n-ggas time,” Cam’ron said, referring to Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving. “I’m dead fucking serious. Stop playing with my n-ggas man. You’ve got n-ggas playing two-on-fucking-five out there. Stop playing with n-ggas, man.”
“If you don’t want to fucking play basketball, go to fuck with the Kardashians, the Jenners, whoever the fuck you with. Now when we watch it on TV it’s like, ‘Oh, it’s all good.’ I went to the fucking game last night and I watched you shoot a airball layup,” he continued.

Coming into the season with championship aspirations, the Nets have struggled out the gate with a disappointing 1-4 record. So far, Simmons is averaging 5.6 points and has fouled out of two of the team’s five games after missing the entire 2021-22 season.
Cam wanted everyone to know that the message came straight from him and not from Durant or Irving.
“KD, Kyrie, I know ya’ll may not approve this message,” the rapper said. “This isn’t on them. This is on me. Stop playing with my n-ggas! Real talk, man. If you don’t want to play basketball, go do what the fuck you want to do. Stop playing with n-ggas man! That shit got me mad! I could suit up and get two points, six fouls.”
Outside of critiquing Simmons, Cam recently slid into the DMs of Nia Long after the fallout of Ime Udoka’s suspension from the Boston Celtics for “violations of team policies.” Cam shared several screenshots of messages he sent to Long in an Instagram DM.
“Hey stink. I was giving you some time to yourself till I reached out,” Cam’ron’s message read. “Your perseverance as a strong black woman through this turbulent time has been something to behold.
“You shouldn’t be taken advantage of and exploited as you did nothing to deserve this. Especially all over these sports networks. You’re bigger and better then [sic] that. You’re a queen, and by the way I’m a king. Together we can achieve the greatness we were both destined [sic] for as a couple.”
In addition to showing off his romantic side, Cam’ron released his latest project U Wasn’t There with A-Trak in September.
