Boosie sounds off.
While many have come forward, attempting to draw some line between Jackson and R. Kelly, rapper Boosie BadAzz has decided that Jackson’s allegations must be examined by others with the same scrutiny as R. Kelly’s.
“Let’s see what the world has to say this time,” Boosie penned in an Instagram caption. “KEEP THAT SAME ENERGY YALL HAD FOR RKELLY.”
Naturally, Booise’s comments have drawn the ire of Michael Jackson’s supporters, with many bringing up the fact that two men, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, previously testified under oath that their stories of sexual abuse were false. It is not made clear whether or not Robson and Safechuck will be featured in the film.
“This is yet another lurid production in an outrageous and pathetic attempt to exploit and cash in on Michael Jackson,” a statement from the Jackson Estate reads. “This so called ‘documentary’ is just another rehash of dated and discredited allegations […] It’s baffling why any credible filmmaker would involve himself with this project.”
