Boosie Badazz Hopes Nipsey Hussle’s Killer Gets Stabbed To Death In Prison By Crips

Boosie Badazz isn’t too happy with the sentence Eric Holder received for killing Nipsey Hussle – and has offered an alternative punishment he thinks might be more suitable.

Holder — who was found guilty of first degree murder for Nipsey’s 2019 death — was sentenced to 60 years to life on Wednesday (February 22).

As news of the sentence spread, Boosie took to Twitter to share his thoughts.

“JUST 60 years for killing Nip n he go get PAROLE N 20 lol,” he tweeted. “I hope some crips stab him to death n prison! MAKE NIP SMILE!”

Holder’s sentencing had been delayed for a myriad of reasons after he was convicted by a grand jury in July 2022, in which he stood accused of fatally shooting Nipsey Hussle on March 31, 2019 outside his Marathon Clothing store.

Holder, 33, was allegedly angered by Nipsey accusing him of being a snitch.

“Nipsey was like, ‘Man, you know, they got some paperwork on you, you know. I haven’t read it, you know. Like you my bro, you know. Like maybe you need to take care of that, you know,’” a witness told the grand jury in 2019.

Holder returned to the scene with a pair of weapons and unloaded at least 10 shots into the Crenshaw rapper.

A separate witness named Shermi Villanueva recounted what he saw in Nipsey Hussle’s final moments after Holder pulled the trigger.

During the two-week trial, Holder was the victim of a brutal beatdown behind bars at the hands of other inmates on June 28. He reportedly needed three staples in his head and was too injured to attend court.

Prior to his sentencing, Holder’s legal team attempted to have his first-degree murder conviction reduced. Defense attorney Aaron Jensen argued that jurors returned an “inconsistent” verdict when they convicted Holder of premeditated murder over Nipsey Hussle’s death, yet accepted his “heat of passion” defense regarding the two other shooting victims, Kerry Lathan and Shermi Villanueva.

Ultimately, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge H. Clay Jacke denied the defense’s request to have the charge reduced to second-degree murder or voluntary manslaughter.

Holder was not eligible to receive the death penalty, but will likely be spending the rest of his life in prison.
