B Magic Empire, Yaa Jackson facing legal action over recent deal
Yaa Jackson, a budding musician, may face legal action, after signing a five-year deal with B Magic Empire, a record label, owned by Black Stars striker, Richmond Boakye Yiadom.
A demand notice sighted by GNA Entertainment stated that, Asamoah Enoch, “former” manager of Yaa Jackson, entered into a five-year managerial agreement with the young artiste in April, 2018.
But recent developments over her new deal with B Magic, is a clear breach of contractual agreement per the deal.
”It’s our client’s instruction to inform you that, your actions are clear, blatant and gross violation, of the agreement signed between our clients on the April 9, 2018 and same avails our client the authority to take legal action against you and the B Magic Empire,” excerpts of the letter stated.
The letter also advised the musician to fulfill her aspect of the contract or face an impending legal suit for breach of the said agreement, damages and cost.
