Ghanaian actor and agro-entrepreneur, John Dumelo, who has been a strong advocate for the agriculture sector has outlined some ways he believes would help make Ghana’s economy great again.

Most of our imports are agrobased. Imagine Ghana having large factories producing rice, meat products, tomatoe paste etc? There will be no need to import, we will export our surplus. It’s also important to note that these factories should be wholly Ghanaian owned.

John Dumelo who has been into the agribusiness since 2018 owns a three-acre cassava farm in the Manya Krobo community, cassava, cucumber farms amongst others.
